Adding your Insurance Payment Card is easy. Set up in seconds.

Apple Pay is here and available on all your Apple devices. To get started, open Apple Wallet on your iPhone or Apple Watch, or select Wallet & Apple Pay in System Preferences on your iPad or Mac. Now you’re just a few taps away from using Apple Pay with your Insurance Payment card.

Paying is easy with Apple Pay.

With iPhone, double-click the side button, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, then hold your device near the reader to pay.

With Apple Watch, just double-click the side button, then hold your device near the reader to finish your purchase.

Yes, your card details are not stored on the device or shared when paying.
How can I add my Insurance Payment card to the wallet?
Adding your Insurance Payment Card to Apple Pay is quick and easy. Here's a step-by-step guide to complete the process:

1. Open the hi.health web app: Head to 'My card' within your hi.health account
2. Tap the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button located beneath the payment card.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions:
- Sign in with your existing Apple ID
- Select your preferred devices to enable for safe and contactless payments.
- Tap 'Done' and witness your Insurance Payment Card seamlessly added to your Apple Wallet.
Why can't I add my card to Apple Pay?
Adding the card to Apple Pay is not possible if you are still using an old version of iOS, watchOS or macOS. In this case, please update your device to the latest version.

If the internet connection is poor, adding the card may not be possible.
Is it necessary to enter a PIN on the terminal when paying with Apple Pay?
No. When paying with Apple Pay, you don't have to enter your personal code because all transactions - regardless of the amount - are confirmed by Touch ID or Face ID or unlock code.
My Apple device with Apple Pay active was stolen or I lost my device - what should I do?
With Apple Pay, you authorize every purchase using Face ID, Touch ID or your unlock code. These features prevent unauthorized parties from using Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.

You can block Apple Pay or remove the digital cards stored in Apple Pay yourself at any time in your Apple iCloud.
